Health and Medical Foundation (H-MFoundation) is a local NGO registered in February 01, 2011 under the Tanzania NGO Act of 2002, with registration No. NGO/00004346.

Our Focus Areas are: Women, Adolescent reproductive and child health, HIV prevention, care and support; The DREAMS initiative, parenting (FMP), Women and Youth empowerment, GBV & Child protection, Health Facility and Community systems strengthening, and Young women and under five nutrition practices
